We're Excited to Announce that CCs Knowledge Base is Up and Running!
For some time now, we've been working on creating a Knowledge Base on CC. This step is a part of the rewrite and it's our hope that it'll make it easier for you, our CC members, to receive answers to your questions instantly. For the moment, this is still a work in progress, and we'll be adding information as needed to the system.
CCs Knowledge Base
Our goal is to store all relevant information for our members in one place, introducing the Knowledge Base. To access the Knowledge Base, login to your account, choose About, then Knowledge Base. The 9 main categories are following:
Under each category, you find articles. We are currently working on improving some of the articles. If you would like to assist us with writing the articles, please let us know by contacting us: email@example.com
We kindly ask you to let us know if you notice an article is missing, if you have an idea for a new article, or if you have any suggestions on how we can improve our Knowledge Base. All feedback is very much appreciated! You can contact us by sending us a message HERE.
It's our hope that this new feature will be beneficial to you, our CC members. As mentioned before, this is still a work in progress, but an important step towards this site's future.
